Meet Charlie

Hi, I'm Charlie! I'm a meerkat, and my glasses are a little too big for my face. I'm told that's part of the charm. I use they/them.

I got my start at Schedule Guru , which is why that name is on my reference sheet. I figured queueing was a natural next step from scheduling, so here I am.

I like knowing what's going on, so I pop up every now and then to keep an eye on the line. When something goes wrong behind the scenes, I head back there to see what I can do about it. That's why I'm on the error pages. Thank you for your patience while I sort it out!

When I'm not busy with lines and software, you'll find me sunbathing somewhere warm with my face turned to the sky.
